What Isn't Covered by the Warranty?

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear from use and washing — Microfiber products naturally soften and may change in texture over repeated wash cycles. Some performance change over time is expected and normal.

Chemical damage — Damage caused by bleach, fabric softener, high-heat drying, or incompatible detailing chemicals.

Misuse or improper care — Damage from use that goes against our care instructions. Following proper care is important — it significantly extends the life of your towels.

Cosmetic variation — Minor color or texture differences between batches are normal product characteristics, not defects.

Custom or personalized products — These are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of a documented manufacturing defect.
