I Received a Defective Product

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or that doesn't function as intended, we'll replace it at no charge.

Here's what to do:

  1. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at sales@autofiber.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect and packaging.
  3. Don't discard the item or packaging until your claim is resolved.

We'll review your claim and, if approved, ship a replacement at no cost to you.

What counts as a defect? Stitching failures, structural defects, material flaws, or a product that fails to perform its intended function when used as directed. See our warranty policy for full details on what's covered.
