I Received a Defective Product
If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or that doesn't function as intended, we'll replace it at no charge.
Here's what to do:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at sales@autofiber.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect and packaging.
- Don't discard the item or packaging until your claim is resolved.
We'll review your claim and, if approved, ship a replacement at no cost to you.
What counts as a defect? Stitching failures, structural defects, material flaws, or a product that fails to perform its intended function when used as directed. See our warranty policy for full details on what's covered.
