Can I Exchange an Item?

We replace items that are defective or damaged at no charge. However, we do not currently offer size or preference exchanges.

If you need a different product, the best approach is:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible) following our return process.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures you get the right product as quickly as possible rather than waiting for us to receive and process an exchange.
