How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know whether it's been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you haven't seen your refund after a reasonable amount of time:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer — there's often a processing delay on their end.
- If it still hasn't appeared, email us at sales@autofiber.com and we'll look into it.
