A 15% restocking fee applies to items that have been opened or are not in pristine, resalable condition. This fee is deducted from your refund.

Items that are unused and in original, unopened packaging are not subject to the restocking fee.

Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear may be rejected entirely at inspection.
