What Items Can't Be Returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or print-on-demand products — including items with custom branding or personalization. We strongly recommend placing a test order before ordering in volume.
Final sale / clearance items — marked as such at the time of purchase.
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Sale items — items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for return unless defective.
