My Package Arrived Damaged

If your shipment arrives damaged, here's what to do:

  1. Keep all packaging — don't discard the box, packing materials, or the damaged item.
  2. Take clear photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging.
  3. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at sales@autofiber.com with your order number and the photos.

We'll use this information to file a carrier claim on your behalf and work to get you a replacement or refund.

Important: Failure to provide photo documentation within the 3-business-day window may affect our ability to process your claim, so please reach out quickly.
