- Check around your property — look at side doors, back porches, garages, and with neighbors or building management.
- Wait 1 business day — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. It may still arrive.
- Contact us — If the package still hasn't turned up, email sales@autofiber.com with your order number.
We'll assist with a carrier investigation and review any available delivery confirmation evidence (GPS coordinates, delivery photos, etc.). Replacement or refund decisions in these cases are made at our discretion based on carrier evidence and claim history.
