We process orders quickly — most ship within 1–2 business days — so the window to make changes is short.
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at sales@autofiber.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't already shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify or cancel it. You're welcome to return eligible items once they arrive — see our return policy for details.
Important: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
